Welcome to my Guided Meditations!

I’d like to describe them so you know what to expect—

Each guided meditation is approximately 8-10 minutes long, and contains 4 parts:

  1. I begin with a greeting and lead you in taking 3 slow, deep breaths, in and out.
  2. Next, there is a brief discussion of the topic for that meditation.
  3. Then, you will have a period of silence to consider the topic and listen for your own personal guidance, or simply relax and experience some relief from your busy day.
  4. Lastly, you will hear a chime or a bell to bring you back. Then I will close with some brief remark.

Listening to a guided meditation is one of the best and easiest ways to begin your own meditation practice.
